做法:

做法:
將素燒肉扒拍上生粉,沾上蛋漿再拍上麵包糠。
重覆步驟1,直至麵包糠均勻上好。
將已裹上麵包糠的素燒肉扒放入180度油,炸至金黃色,撈起置於吸油紙上備用。
漢堡包用焗爐焗熱,依次序放上生菜、素燒肉扒、芝士片、番茄、沙律醬及青瓜,蓋上漢堡包即可。
