It is the fruit of the white pear plant of the Rosaceae family. It tastes sweet and is slightly cold in nature. It has the functions of moistening the lungs, promoting fluid production, relieving cough and reducing phlegm, and clearing away heat. It is known as the "Fruit of All Fruits". Pears contain a lot of water and fructose. Fructose can replenish physical strength and be converted into glucose needed by the brain, which can help refresh yourself and promote thinking.

Originating in China, white pears are basically distributed in North China, Northwest China, Liaoning and other places. Pear is mainly distributed in the south of the Yangtze River Basin and the Huaihe River Basin. Qiuzi pear is mainly distributed in Northeast China, Hebei, Shandong, Gansu and other places.
