Product Description:There is only one fish per fish. This ball is only the size of a copper plate, but it is the favorite of countless people. Tendons are the organs used by mullets to help break down food, similar to chicken gizzards. Therefore, although the mullet tendon is small, it is very thick. After cleaning and cutting, it becomes a mullet tendon that can be processed and eaten.
Another feature of fish tendon is that no matter how you cook it, as long as it is fresh, it is a delicacy. The mullet tendons are lightly salted and then grilled, or added directly to various stir-fries, or rolled in flour and fried. No matter which method is used, the fish tendons are amazingly crunchy, full of seafood, and chewy and delicious. It's so delicious that I can't get enough of it.
Due to the small size of the fish, small pieces of fish tendons are more suitable for stir-frying or deep-frying, while larger pieces are suitable for grilling.
