Product Description:Many chefs know little about its origins. Patidou is grown in open fields and harvested by hand by market gardeners in the Princes of Brittany. The 'Patidou' winter squash, also known as the 'Sweet Dumpling', is a charming little pumpkin variety that is often overlooked in Europe but is very popular in the United States.

Beneath its beautifully decorated rind lies an orange-yellow flesh with a delicate and sweet flavor reminiscent of chestnuts and hazelnuts.
