Product Description:Body shape: The body is flattened and elongated, oval in shape. Head: The head is blunt and pointed. Mouth cleft large, terminal, oblique, snout not prominent. Body surface: The head is covered with round scales except for the lips, the upper and lower jaws and the ventral surface. The front 1/3 of the body side is covered with round scales, and the rest is covered with comb scales. Each fin: Two dorsal fins. Anal fins short and narrow. The pectoral fins are knife-shaped. Rhombic caudal fin. Body Color: The fish lips and belly are golden yellow when fresh. Most of the soft rays of the dorsal and anal fins are scaled, and the pectoral, pelvic, and anal fins are pale golden. The maximum length is 80 cm.
Waters: Temperate to tropical coasts, northern western Pacific. Main distribution: South China Sea.
Variety: There are 282 species in 66 genera and 282 species of Shitotou fish, represented by Heigu (10 species), Callifish (33 species) and Huanggu (10 species).
There are two types of yellow croaker, the large yellow croaker in the South China Sea and the small yellow croaker in the East China Sea. The large yellow croaker has a narrow and slender tail, small scales, golden yellow body, and an adult body length of 40 to 50 cm; the small yellow croaker has a shorter tail and slightly larger scales, and the adult fish is about 20 cm long.

Storage Method:Low temperature preservation method is generally used.
