The local producer of over 50 kinds of organically grown premium products which is certified by Thai's government.
These fruits are grown in an area of 100 rais and include a large variety of products. Some fruits are organic certified, some grown organically and others grown with conventional means. Fruits are seasonal and therefore not available throughout the year with the exception of citrus, bananas and papaya which have a longer seasonality.

Product Description:味甘苦,性寒涼。有涼血止血、清熱生津、利尿通乳、麻醉止痛、治熱毒的療效。萵苣含有豐富的胡蘿蔔素,在人體內轉化為維生素 A 後成為強效抗氧化劑,能維持上皮細胞結構正常、抵抗致癌物的入侵。
原產於地中海沿岸,由野生種演化而來,主要分佈於歐洲、美洲。約在 5 世紀時傳入中國,後來在中國演化出莖用萵苣(萵筍)。現北方地區以栽培莖用萵苣為多,南方地區以栽培葉用萵苣為多。萵苣有多個變種,而葉用萵苣即唐生菜。
Variety:Lettuce is categorized into six different types, also known as subspecies or botanical varieties. The six types of lettuce are crisphead (iceberg and Batavian), Romaine, butter, Latin, leaf and stem. All lettuce types except for iceberg occur in red and green leaf form. Oak leaf lettuce is a type of butter lettuce. Butter lettuces are known for their compact heads, their quilted leaf texture and their mellow flavor. They are also great short season varieties as well as more heat-tolerant than crisphead lettuce.
Supply Season:There are many varieties of lettuce, which can be divided into two categories: leaf lettuce, which eats leaves, and tender stem lettuce, which eats stems. Leaf lettuce can be divided into two categories: head lettuce and non-head lettuce. The leaves of Tang lettuce are alternate, pinnately lobed and dark green. The varieties produced in the middle of winter are the best. They are green and crisp and can be eaten raw, but the taste is slightly astringent because they contain lettuce.
Storage Method:生菜不宜久存,在陰涼通風處可放置 2 至 3 天,用保鮮紙封好置於雪櫃內可保存約 1 周左右。
另外,生菜對乙烯極為敏感,故不能與蘋果、香蕉、梨一起存放,否則可能產生赤褐斑點。

宜:一般人均可食用,尤適宜小便不利、產後乳汁不通者,以及患有眼疾之人士食用。
忌:體質寒涼、尿頻、胃寒者宜少食。

生菜與蘑菇:因生菜具有利尿、明目、增進食欲的作用,而蘑菇則具有補脾益氣、潤燥化痰及較強的滋補功效,二者搭配食用可治療熱咳、痰多、胸悶、吐瀉等症狀。

Cooking Skills:食用部位為食用莖部及嫩葉為主。常規菜必須摘去外葉,以免農藥殘留,剩下單片,浸泡在水中約 45 分鐘後,再用流水沖洗。

Dish:無論是作為沙律菜還是煮熟食,牛油生菜都十分適合。牛油生菜做沙律菜食用,營養保留會是最全面,清洗後蘸甜麵醬或芝麻醬,或者淋上麻油,檸檬汁少許攪拌食用,即可享受又美味又有營養的沙律菜。
Suggested Eating Method:

Other types include cucumber salads, hot root salads, Italian salads, and Russian salads.

☘️ Preserve vegetables
1. Leafy vegetables and softer vegetables, if packaged, should be placed in the cold box in the original package;
2. Organic Vegetables are more prone to spoilage if they have water droplets. Put the vegetables in a ventilated place to dry or wipe off the water vapor, then wrap the vegetables in slightly damp newspaper and put them in a plastic bag before refrigerating. ;
3. Organic vegetables do not use preservatives or special treatments. Vegetables are generally stored for three to five days. Some vegetables will decompose enzymes, so they should be eaten as soon as possible.
☘️ How to wash vegetables
Special attention: The dishes, especially small flowers and broccoli, are best soaked in the water to remove residual pesticides (I will have organic farms). It is recommended to use our vegetables and vegetables environmentally friendly cleaner
Dish Drops for 3 to 5 minutes to eliminate residuals, sand and dust.
