🛍 Product Information:

Chew's farm in Singapore grew from humble beginnings as a breeder farm selling day-old chicks to broiler and layer farms. Eventually, the business evolved to layer farming, and has since grown over the decades to become a modern facility with the latest technology and practices, as well as the highest industry standards.

From May to August 2021, the biotechnology company "Vitargent" (水中銀) randomly inspected eggs on the market. Finest Garden is one of 8 types of eggs produced did not contain estrogen-like non-toxic eggs. The results were rated as excellent quality and did not contain estrogen.

This product passed FisQC Testing - Excellent

Chew's Singapore fresh eggs Test-IT safety rating:

Contains 76 micrograms of cordycepin per 100g. Cordycepin has anti-inflammatory properties and also has antidepressant effects.

Zhou Yonghe, managing director of Singapore Chow Group Co., Ltd., said that the so-called "Cordyceps eggs" refer to the company adding cordyceps mycelium powder to the feed of laying hens. Therefore, each egg (59 grams) produced contains approximately 45 micrograms of "cordycepin". It is generally believed that Cordyceps has the effects of nourishing the lungs and kidneys, enhancing immune function, and promoting metabolism.

According to experts involved in the research and development, Cordyceps generally has few side effects, but a few people may be allergic to the protein in it and develop fever. However, when Cordyceps is digested by chickens, the impurities are filtered out, and only the most important cordycepin is transferred to the eggs. In this way, there should be no side effects on the human body.

It is reported that the Zhou Group spent more than 100,000 Singapore dollars (approximately HK$620,000) and two years to launch the world's first Cordyceps Egg in Singapore in December 2007.

Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes Serves: 6 pancakes Ingredients

Chicken eggs, yolk and white separated, 4 pieces
whole milk, 3 tablespoons
cake mix, 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon
baking powder, 1 teaspoon
sugar, 4 tablespoons
vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons

Ingredients
berry mixture
powdered sugar
Maple sugar

2. In another bowl, whisk milk, vanilla extract and egg yolks until frothy. Sift in the flour and baking powder and stir gently to combine. Set aside.
