The stipe is 5-7cm long, white with a shallow longitudinal groove, and the base is enlarged. The ascos are cylindrical, with 8 ascospores, arranged in a single row, oval, colorless. Ecological Habits: Fruiting bodies in spring are born in sparsely wooded woodlands or empty mine grasslands. Solitary or group. Nutrients: Fruiting bodies contain polysaccharides and various amino acids needed by the human body. In addition, there are vitamin B6, vitamin B12, selenium and so on.
