At the moment, Lyfegreen delivers your organic selection box once a week every SATURDAY. The reason for this is our partner farms harvest every Thursday and we collect from them immediately so the produce can arrive on your table fresh and in peak condition. We also minimise our eco-footprint this way.
The problem with overseas produce is that they are often picked before they fully ripen to offset the long distance they must travel. By the time they reach supermarket shelves after many miles traveled on an airplane or in storage, their physical integrity, nutrition and flavor has naturally suffered since they were plucked too early as well as handled and repackaged multiple times.
Luckily, Taiwan is extremely close to HK and we have streamlined the harvest and logistics process to ensure that you receive your fruit and veggies when they are the most tasty and fresh. We do all our testing and quality control on site at the farms and our collection point in Taiwan. The produce is not handled again before it reaches you to minimise potential damage and external contaminants. After the farmer packs your box, you will be the next person to open it!
How to Make Weekly Order Instruction
- For every week's delivery, the cut-off time for orders is Wednesday 5pm
- Choose your vegetables or fruits on the LYFEGREEN page. There are different options and sizes -- and different combinations of delicious veggies & fruits 📦.
- Select your items from the weekly list of selected Veggie & Fruit Boxes. For example, if you ordered a Regular Fruit+Veggie Box, you can choose any 6 veggies + 4 fruits.
- You can make multiple selections of an item and leave other comments at the bottom of the order.
Delivery Schedule

Preferred delivery time slots are NOT available for certain outlying areas such as Sai Kung, Discovery Bay, parts of the New Territories etc.

5️⃣ DELIVERIES: Choose the type of the box from above and select the quantity as 5. Unlimited pauses. Aalid over 10 weeks upon purchase. ENJOY 5% DISCOUNT.
8️⃣ DELIVERIES: Choose the type of the box from above and select the quantity as 8. Unlimited pauses. Aalid over 16 weeks upon purchase. ENJOY 10% DISCOUNT.
1️⃣2️⃣ DELIVERIES: Choose the type of the box from above and select the quantity as 12. Unlimited pauses. Aalid over 24 weeks upon purchase. We prefer the subscription payment by Payme, FPS or bank transfer. ENJOY 15% DISCOUNT.
Whoever pays in one lump sum, in addition to getting the above discounts, can also become a member of our online store with a 10% discount, and will receive an additional gift bag of selected fruits.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
Deliveries are handled by our logistics partner Yamato Logistics (HK) using their industry leading cold-chain delivery service - Cool Ta-Q-Bin. Your organic selection box will always be maintained in a temperature controlled chilled state (~5-8℃) throughout storage and delivery process.
We have requested deliveries for you according to your preferred time slot but delays may occur. If you need to go out, the driver has instructions to leave with building management or at your door. Don't hesitate to contact us for help in tracking your delivery! If you have a last minute emergency while delivery date and time were confirmed, you can contact us to arrange a new delivery time at (+852) 94697496
Your box is delivered real farm-to-door. If any items suffered a bad trip and are not in optimal condition, please let us know ON THE WEEKEND for a no questions asked replacement in your next box. Our organic veggies and fruits are not chemically waxed or otherwise treated artificially to make them stronger for transport like conventional produce. We hope you will forgive any items that did not travel well and allow us to make it up to you!
Please carefully check all items upon receiving, before storing in the refrigerator. Organic items cannot be left at room temperature, especially fragile items like leafy greens and fruits.
