Born in an agricultural family, I followed my elders in farming since I was a child. I went out to make a living from my youth to middle age. At that time, I found that many foreign crops were bid for pesticides. Seeing this, I set up my "Hong Kong Organic Fruits and Vegetables Tourism Stotter Beer" in 2006. Pear Garden" Organic Farm.

"Organic" is a conscience industry. It has been committed to organic regulations for more than 13 years, and the crops produced have made my family, friends and customers who buy my crops feel at ease.

Now the farm has 18 acres of land, and organically grown crops are selected as the characteristics of the farm, such as: Strawberry, Taiwan candied date, pineapple, fig, dragon fruit, passion fruit, pomegranate, potato, purple yam, variegated carambola, Variegated cherries, rice, corn, mushroom organic products and organic seasonal fruits and vegetables, etc.
