原料:
煮食方法:
1. 200克鮮白蘑菇,切碎。
2. 中火融化牛油,加入油。
3. 加入大蒜和洋蔥,大約三分鐘。
4. 加入剩下的蘑菇、雞湯、水、鹽和胡椒粉,蓋上鍋蓋煮至蘑菇變軟。
5. 將蘑菇混合物放入攪拌機中,攪拌至順滑。
6. 將拌好的香菇放入大鍋中,加入牛奶,加入切碎的香菇,煮沸。
