Product Description:Sweet, cold in nature, it has the effect of detoxifying. Mung bean sprouts contain a lot of water and trace elements, which can supplement the daily needs of the human body, and at the same time help to balance the pH in the body and maintain normal physiological functions.
Originally from India, it was later mainly planted in East Asia, South Asia and Southeast Asia; it was planted all over China. It is the sprout of the legume mung bean after processing, and it is now cultivated in vegetable markets all over the country.
Variety:Mung bean sprouts are the germination products of legume mung bean seeds after soaking in water, and are used to make vegetables for human consumption. Mung bean sprouts are the most common sprouts in Hong Kong. Other common varieties include pea sprouts, broad bean sprouts, and alfalfa sprouts. ☘️ Preserve vegetables
