🌱 Producer Introduction:

Born in a family of agriculture, I have followed my elders in farming since I was young, and I went out to earn a living to middle-aged. At that time, I discovered that a lot of pesticides on foreign crops were discovered. In view of this, I established my "Hong Kong Organic Fruits and Vegetables Farm" in 2006.

To be listed as "organic" is the industry of conscience. We have promised organic regulations for more than 13 years. The crops we produce make my family, friends and customers who buy my crops feel trust.

Now the farm has 18 acres of land, and organically grown crops are selected as the characteristics of the farm. Examples include: strawberry, Taiwan candied date, pineapple, fig, dragon fruit, passion fruit, guava, potato, purple yam, variegated carrot, Variegated cherry tomato, rice, corn, mushroom organic products and organic seasonal fruits and vegetables, etc.

Product Description:The fruit of the European grape of the Vitiaceae family. Sweet and sour, flat. It has the functions of appetizer, diuresis and swelling. Green grapes are rich in glucose, which can be quickly absorbed by the human body, replenishing physical strength and awakening the spirit.

Native to the Black Sea and Mediterranean coasts, distributed in Egypt, Syria, Iraq and Central Asia. It was introduced into China in the second century BC, mainly distributed in Xinjiang, Hotan, Yantai in Shandong, Zhangjiakou and Xuanhua in Hebei, and Dalian, Shenyang and Henan in Liaoning.

*Edible Compatibility:
Affordable: 1. Grapes and sesame seeds: Grape skins and seeds have high-strength antioxidant substances, and vitamin E in sesame seeds can further enhance the overall antioxidant effect, and have anti-cancer and anti-aging functions. 2. Grapes and glutinous rice: The combination of folic acid in grapes and iron in glutinous rice can maintain the normal operation of red blood cells, help prevent anemia and eliminate fatigue. Compatibility: 1. Grape and radish: When the human body eats radish, it will produce a metabolite of sulfuric acid. This metabolite easily interacts with the metabolite produced by the flavonoids in grapes, inhibiting the body's absorption of iodine and affecting the Thyroid function. 2. Grapes and shrimps: The tannins contained in grapes will combine with the calcium in shrimps to form indigestible substances, which can easily cause stomach discomfort, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms.

Cooking Skills:The fruit is a bunch of spherical or oval berries, the number of each bunch ranges from 6 to 300, and the pulp is sweet and sour and juicy. 🔅Note (English Version):

🍎 Preserve fruits

1. Fruits especially with softer skin, if packaged, should be placed in the cold box in the original package;
2. Organic fruits are more prone to spoilage if they have water droplets. Put the fruits in a ventilated place to dry or wipe off the water vapor, then wrap the fruits in slightly damp newspaper and put them in a plastic bag before refrigerating. ;
3. Organic fruits do not use preservatives or special treatments. fruits are generally stored for three to five days in room temperature only, should be kept in fridge. Some fruits e.g. papaya will decompose enzymes, so they should be eaten as soon as possible.

🍏 How to wash fruits

1. Wash fruits before eating to keep them fresh;
2. It is not advisable to soak the fruits for too long, and they should be washed first and then cut to avoid the loss of vitamins;
3. Washing fruits with dilute salt water or Dish Drop can easily remove vegetable insects;
4. Cut fruits with a stainless steel knife to reduce vitamin loss;
5. Vegetable leaves contain a lot of nutrients, so you should avoid shredding, chopping or grinding the leaves;
6. Immediately eat after cutting, to avoid the loss of vitamins due to air oxidation.
