Product Description：Sweet and bitter in taste, cold in nature. Lettuce is rich in carotene, which becomes a powerful antioxidant after being converted into vitamin A in the human body, which can maintain the normal structure of epithelial cells and resist the invasion of carcinogens.
Native to the Mediterranean coast, evolved from wild species, mainly distributed in Europe and America. Introduced to China around the 5th century, and later evolved stem lettuce (lettuce) in China.
