Born in a family of agriculture, I have followed my elders in farming since I was young, and I went out to earn a living to middle-aged. At that time, I discovered that a lot of pesticides on foreign crops were discovered. In view of this, I established my "Hong Kong Organic Fruits and Vegetables Farm" in 2006.

Now the farm has 18 acres of land, and organically grown crops are selected as the characteristics of the farm. Product Description：Black fungus, like white fungus, is a fungus that grows on rotten wood, but white fungus can also be used for medicine in addition to food, while black fungus can only be used for food. There are many types of black fungus, including firewood fungus and water fungus, among which cloud fungus is special because it is relatively small in size and has a particularly crisp taste, so it is easier to distinguish. The color of fungus is off-white on one side, and black on the other side. For good fungus, the black side will have better luster. Because black fungus is both crisp and tender, it is usually shredded and then stir-fried or made into soup. Black fungus also needs to be soaked before eating. You can adjust the time for soaking black fungus appropriately, and you can decide the degree of refreshing. If you like the crunchy taste, you can shorten the soaking time and don’t soak it until it is too soft.
