🌱 Producer Introduction:

The local producer of over 50 kinds of organically grown premium products which is certified by Thai's government.

These fruits are grown in an area of 100 rais and include a large variety of products. Some fruits are organic certified, some grown organically and others grown with conventional means. Fruits are seasonal and therefore not available throughout the year with the exception of citrus, bananas and papaya which have a longer seasonality.

Product Description:It is the fruit of the Lauraceae plant avocado. Sweet and flat. Avocado is a high-fat, high-calorie fruit, rich in a variety of unsaturated fatty acids, and has the effect of lowering cholesterol. In addition, it contains vitamins B, E, folic acid, etc., which are also very effective for beauty care, anti-aging, etc.

Native to southern Mexico and Central America. Introduced to Asia in the early twentieth century. It is cultivated in Guangdong, Fujian, Taiwan, Sichuan, Yunnan and other regions of China.

Variety:The main varieties can be divided into three groups: Mexican, Guatemalan and West Indian. Well-known varieties are:
(1) Hass (Guatemalan line), bred in California, USA;
(2) Lula (Mexican line and Guatemala line), bred in Florida, USA, with high yield, large fruit, and oil content of 12-16%; Born 7 (Mexican line and Guatemala line) , the oil content is 10
~ 14%, smooth and refreshing;

Storage Method:Store at room temperature, preferably refrigerated.
