Pumpkin in Mushroom and White Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 of a medium sized pumpkin
  • 1/2 cups of mushroom
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/3 cups of chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Dice Pumpkin, steam for 10 minutes until soft.
  2. Heat the butter, add in flour and slowly add in water to mix. Finally add in evaporated milk and mix to become white sauce.
  3. Saute garlic, onions and mushrooms stir well.
  4. Add in white sauce and pumpkin, finally add some season to taste, and serve.
