Hong Kong Aquaculture

Hong Kong Aquaculture Limited is found by Lam Alex. The aquaculture farm is located in Yung Shue O Fish Culture zone in Sai Kung. 

All of Hong Kong Aquaculture's fish products are sustainable, chemical, and preservative-free. From fry to adult fish, no chemicals and no hormones were added during the growth cycle. Moreover, the fishes have a dedicated monthly diet. The feed is immersed in natural Chinese medicine, probiotics, compound nutrition, fruit vinegar, and onion garlic to ensure complete nutrition, promote fish health, increase fish oil content and enhance fish immunity. Hong Kong Aquaculture focuses on the feed because it believes enhancing fish health can boost their health and immunity. All feed are imported from Taiwan and certified with ISO. 

Hong Kong Aquaculture hopes to supply high-quality, nutritious, and delicious fishery products to locals. Coupled with ultra-low temperature quick-freezing technology and vacuum suction cable packaging, which can effectively kill bacteria, parasites and eggs, the general public may eat with peace of mind.

The fish products sold by Hong Kong Aquaculture have been pre-processed. The internal organs and scales have been removed, and they are cleaned with sterilized seawater for the convenience of customers. Consumers need only simply thaw the packaging bag, open the bag and cook directly without cleaning, saving time and speed. Moreover, each fish is processed under the ultra-low temperature of -40°C or below after cleaning and vacuum packaging to ensure the original taste of the fish.
